Description:
SO411 OS2 is a self-priming, two-component epoxy coating, polyamide/amine cured for mildly exposed steel . This product is formulated as a two coat system to provide extended life for all mildly exposed steel equipment and structures.
Recommended use:
As an universal primer or high performance coating system for atmospheric or in-water service on steel.

RECOMMENDED SUBSTRATE CONDITIONS AND TEMPERATURES:
Preparation:
Clean blasted steel substrate to a SA 2½ specification (70 to 80μm profile)
Substrate temperature:
At least 15°C
MIXING INSTRUCTIONS:
Premix:
The B component to be stirred mechanically separately for 5 minutes before mixing together.
Mixing:
Mix both A and B components to a 1:1 ratio by volume mechanically during the induction time of 30 minutes.
