SO 411 C8 - Concrete Epoxy Coating
C8 is a self-priming thin film concrete epoxy coating and therefore a very easy system to applicate on any concrete substrate horizontal or vertical. C8 is an excellent concrete penetrator with a very strong adhesion and ideal for high traffic areas. It is also very abrasion and chemical resistant which makes it a suitable coating for corrosive areas. It is a two component product with a 1:1 mixing ratio and is very easy to applicate with roller, brush or airless spray gun. C8 will provide any concrete substrate with the extended life it needs.
SO411 SS3 - Epoxy coating for severely exposed steel
SS3 is a polyamide /amine cured epoxy coating for severely exposed steel surfaces. It is a self-priming two coat system which make it more cost efficient. It is easy to reach its optimum wet film thickness of 300 µm in two coats. If required it can also be used as a three coat system. SS3 has an excellent adhesion and therefor resist under film corrosion .It is ideal in atmospheric or submerged heavy corrosive conditions. SS3 is chemical resistant and resist high and fluctuating temperature conditions.
SO411 OS2 - Epoxy Coating for mildly exposed steel
OS2 is a polyamide /amine cured epoxy coating for mildly exposed mild steel surfaces. It is self-priming which makes it very easy to applicate. OS2’s excellent adhesion resists under film corrosion very effectively. It is abrasive and chemical resistant and therefore suitable for mildly corrosive environments. OS 2 is a very user friendly coating for your everyday corrosion problems.
SO411 SS3 GF - Glass flake reinforced epoxy coating
SS3 GF is a glass flake reinforced two component epoxy coating. The product is a self-priming, two coat system and is very easy to apply with standard airless equipment. It has a very convenient 2-hour pot life lowering the risk of damaging application equipment. The product has an outstanding corrosion resistance to a wide range of acids, alkalis, solvents, and salt solutions. Surely the SS3 GF is cost effective beyond compare.
ZPU 33
ZPU 33 Topcoat is a two-part polyurethane coating designed to be used outdoor and indoor in a variety of conditions. It is an excellent UV protector for both SS3 and SS3 Gf in various environmental conditions.
ZMR 431
ZMR 431 Metal repair paste is a two component, solvent free epoxy metal repair compound. The product has been designed for use in a wide range of metallic surfaces. ZMR 431 can be coated with SS3, SS3 GF and ZPU 33. ZMR 431 is machinable and suitable for repairs on a variety of equipment.
